Our Story

After twenty years of experience and with more than 5000 homes built in the private construction sector for the affordable housing segment. Its co-founders decided to join forces to put at the service of Real Estate investors a platform that would allow them to easily and safely develop projects with the best control tools over the process and its assets. This is how Absolute Housing was born. Unlike the classic investment structure where the client buys a finished home or a stake in a project developed by third parties, under our delegated administration scheme, the investor, accompanied by our team throughout the process, becomes the protagonist and promoter of their own projects, from the technical-economic feasibility phase, land purchase, financing, construction to obtaining the necessary permit that will finally allow the housing to be placed on the market.
